Ging's Packet 4 a.k.a. the K3 Packet:
This is the actual packet that Ging received from Delbros. Actually, she received it after her medical appointment which was done in St. Luke's Extension Clinic. Supposedly, she should already have it before going St. Luke's, but because of the delays in sending off packets to applicants, US embassy were giving instructions to ST. Luke's to go ahead and let the applicants get their packets in St. Luke's, since applicants are free to choose their medical appointment schedule, so long as visa interview schedule has already been given to the applicant by the US embassy. Ging got her visa interview schedule, so she was instructed to go to St. Luke's to pick up her packet and proceeded with her medical examination.
Ging got 2 sets of packet in her hands after her medical. One was from St. Luke's and a few days after, she received another packet at her residential address. It was a good thing as she used some as reserves for back ups just in case she gets errors in filling up the forms.
