The Immigrant Spousal Visa Petition

The following documents below were the ones submitted by (Craig) c/o  lawyer to USCIS-Vermont.

  • A Cover Letter signed by the petitioner (Craig) - 2 pages
  • Form G-28 (Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative), filled up and signed by Craig and the lawyer - 1 page
  • Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative), filled up and signed by Craig and the lawyer - 1 set, 2 pages.
  • Form G-325A (Biographic Information), 2 sets, 4 pages each, one set each signed and completed by Craig and Ging.
  • Passport color photos of Craig and Ging. (2 copies each)
  •  A copy of the Affidavit in Lieu of Certificate of Legal Capacity To Contract Marriage for American Citizens, signed by Craig and the US Vice Consul.
  • A copy of Craig and Ging's marriage license and marriage certificate(s).
  • A copy of Ging's birth certificate
  • A copy of Craig's birth certificate(s)
  • Copies of Craig's divorce decrees of his previous marriages
  • Copies of Craig's passport pages (entry/exit stamps).
  • Copies of Craig's (and Ging's) itineraries, plane tickets and boarding passes going to and from the Philippines.
  • Copies of Craig's earning statements and bank accounts.
  • Copies of Craig's wire transfers (WesternUnion) & waybills (Fedex)
  • A check for the filing fee (no photo copy was made for the check on our file).
  • Printed emails and chat logs
  • Copies of snail mails that Craig received from Ging + also snail mails that Craig sent to Ging were also included.
  • Copies of wedding, hotel and general receipts of expenses while in the Philippines
  • Copies of Craig's phone bills showing calls made to Ging.
  • Copies of joint credit card accounts
  • A copy of Craig's life insurance showing Ging as the beneficiary.
  • Copies of Craig and Ging's engagement, wedding and honeymoon photos.
