Letters to US Senators & Pres. George Bush
The following below are the actual letters Craig received from his senators, including that of his letter to Pres. Bush airing his complaints and disgust about his experiences dealing with the immigration. It would be a long story to tell, so instead, we would be sharing letters from 2 of his senators, Mikulski and Sarbanes, and another from the White House, which were a great help in making our papers get going faster.

The letter below is a response from the USCIS customer assistance office regarding Craig's complaint on how he was treated from their customer service. Craig's letter of complaint were sent to Pres. Bush and from the White House, it was forwarded to the USCIS customer assistance office. Would you believe it? After all those letters being sent to the appropriate US government officials, our case started to move faster! :).
