Ging's Birth Certificate (s) - authenticated copies
Ging surprisingly got 2 kinds of colors, in autheticated copies from NSO. Both the documents are exactly the same except for the colors that changes from time to time. It seems NSO has some "color coding" perhaps to determine certain time of the year or month someone would request a copy.
