The Affidavit of Support (Form I-864)
This is the form that the NVC (National Visa Center) will give the petitioner (for I-130 petition) once the immigrant visa fee will be paid and sent back by the petitioner to NVC. The petitioner will then submit it back properly filled up and notarized. The form can also be downloaded for free at the USCIS website.
